First you need to register as a memeber. For that, you need to fill the “Service Application Form” available in the forms section under media tab and submit it to us via any of the below methods. There are no fees for application process.

  • Visit our office and submit application to service counter

Lump Sum Account

To open a Hajj Lump Sum Account, you must pay at least 75% of the total Hajj payment to MHCL. Upon payment, you will be immediately added to the current Hajj queue.

Savings Account

This account is designed for all Maldivians who wish to perform Hajj. It offers the flexibility to make small payments over any preferred period until the full amount is paid. Similar to the Lump Sum Account, once 75% of the total Hajj payment is made to MHCL, you will be added to the current Hajj queue.

Salary Deduction Scheme Account

This account is designed for employees working at companies registered under our Salary Deduction Scheme (SDS). Staff of these companies can choose to register and make monthly payments to MHCL directly through salary deductions facilitated by their employer. Similar to the other account types, once 75% of the total Hajj payment is made to MHCL, you will be added to the current Hajj queue.

Retirement Pension Scheme Account

This account is intended for individuals who are eligible to use their pension funds to settle the Hajj payment, as stipulated in the Maldives Pension Act.

You can use your retirement pension fund for your first pilgrimage, as stated in the Maldives Pension Act. Eligible individuals can complete our “Service Application Form” available in the forms section under media tab and submit it along with all the required documents and 20% of the total payment. Our team will then verify the submission and request the Pension Office to reserve the remaining amount of the total payment from the pension fund.

Once the Pension Office approves the request and informs us, we will allocate a slot in the Hajj queue accordingly. Please note that those who are registered and in the queue under the pension fund scheme will be assigned Hajj slots in order of their registration.

Umrah

Our Umrah trips are planned to dates on which locals can easily travel on school holidays and other government holidays. Our trips are arranged in a way to provide quality and consistent services.

You only need to complete the registration and settle the payment before the deadline. There is no queue for Umrah trips.
